Mayor Gamec agreed with Councilmember Zimmerman. The Sunfish Pond Townhome <br />development would be very difficult to plow and the City should not plow private drives. <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly agreed that the City should not plow private drives. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the City needs to look at developments that have less <br />then the typical right of ways and need to be aware of the implications. At some point the issues <br />fall back on the City to address in some way. <br /> <br />Consensus was reached that the City should not plow private drives. <br /> <br />2) Winter Trail Maintenance <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman stated that the Public Works Committee recommended no changes <br />to the existing winter trail maintenance at the present time. No action was required. <br /> <br />3) Identify 1999 Priority Street Lighting Additions <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to ratify the <br />Public Works Committee's recommendation regarding the installation of priority streetlights in <br />1999. <br /> <br />Motion can'ied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Connolly, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />4) Request for Four-Way Stop at C.R. #116 and Dysprosium Street <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adopt <br />Resolution #99-09- petitioning Anoka County for the installation of a four-way stop at C.R. <br />#116 and Dysprosium Street. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Connolly, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman.
