Connexus Energy Accessory Building Review Letter <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />11/0t/99 <br /> <br />Accessory Building Size Restrictions: City Code restricts accessory buildings to 30% of the <br />size of the principal building, unless otherwise approved by City Council. The proposed <br />accessory building is 0.1% of the size of the principal building. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: City Code restricts structure heights to 35 feet, and exterior wall <br />finishes must be brick, natural stone or pre-cast concrete, or fabricated panels of these materials. <br />The building is proposed to be concrete block that is scored to have the appearance of brick. <br /> <br />Waste Storage: Waste storage on the site complies with City Code and the proposed project will <br />not affect the existing conditions. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking - Design: The proposal does not change the existing, conforming parking lot <br />design. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking - Spaces Required: The plan does not propose, nor require, providing <br />additional parking spaces. <br /> <br />Lighting: There w/Il be no exterior lighting on the building. <br /> <br />Drainage and Grading: The proposal will neither significantly effect the existing drainage, nor <br />the grading. <br /> <br />Access: No new accesses are proposed. <br /> <br />Sign: No new signage is proposed. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, I999, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, to review the proposed site plan. A <br />copy of the Case cover sheet is enclosed.
