The minimum lot area and dimension shall be as specified in the respective <br />zoning districts of Ramsey, as prescribed by the city's zoning code. <br /> <br />All lots shall have at least the minimum required frontage on a publicly <br />dedicated street. <br /> <br />Corner lots shall be platted at least ten feet wider than interior lots. <br /> <br /> Butt lots shall be platted at least five feet wider than the average width of <br /> interior lots in the block.
