Execute <br />CLIP. <br /> <br />Frolik/Pending <br /> <br />3/10/98 <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed revision to the Vision Ease <br />site plan for an accessory building for the storage of <br />hazardous materials contingent upon some landscaping being <br />incorporated into the plan. Bring this for <br />introduction to the March 24, 1998 Council meeting. This <br />same direction is given to Goodrich. <br /> <br />Frolik/ <br />Complete <br /> <br />3/10/98 <br /> <br />With regard to the findings related to Mr. Martin's <br />moratorium exemption request - Council agreed that the <br />language suggested by Bill be added. That is as follows: <br />Finding 1: (Add as the last sentence) - The proposed use does <br />not require a rezoning. Finding 5: (remove the period and <br />add) and to review community appearance and design <br />standards, especially in commercial areas and to consider <br />impact of commercial/industrial area outside City's MUSA <br />boundary. Add Finding 6: That the City Council, subject to <br />proper ordinance amendment procedure, does intend to repeal <br />the moratorium as it applies to all commercial/industrial <br />property outside the MUSA. Council adopted the findings as <br />amended. Council granted an exception to the Moratorium <br />Ordinance to Mr. Jim Martin for Outlot C, Tooth Acres. <br /> <br />Frolik/ <br />Complete <br /> <br />3/10/98 <br /> <br />With regard to Menkveld's request to be exempt from the <br />moratorium, Council voted to table action and direct staff to <br />seek input from Mr. Hoisington and bring Mr. Menkveld's <br />request back to the 3/24 meeting. The same action was taken <br />for Mr. Gobematz's request. <br /> <br /> <br />
