The existing homestead has public access to St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Utilities: This plat is in the rural district and ail lots will be served by on-site sewer and <br />water. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: In minor subdivisions, the City requires park dedication for each new <br />lot created and the existing homestead is exempted. The plat will be reviewed by the <br />Park Commission at their regular meeting on Thursday, June 11 at 6:00 p.m. at Central <br />Park. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee at <br />a rate of $358.00 per unit; the existing homestead would be exempted in this case. The <br />fees would be used to defray the future costs to redirect drainage towards Trott Brook. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Park Trail Development Fee. The City has also enacted a trail fee at a rate of $100 per <br />residential unit created. As with the stormwater fee, the existing homestead will be <br />exempt from this fee. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 1998, to <br />'consider your request for sketch plan approval of the minor subdivision. It is important that you, <br />or your representative, be present to answer any questions that may arise. You should also plan <br />to attend the Park Commission meeting referred to in Item #9 of this letter. Questions regarding <br />the meeting or park dedication may be directed to Parks and Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos. He <br />can be reached at 427-8254 or 427-1410.
