As outlined in your <br />letter, the proposed project will include the extension of sanitary sewer for <br />approximately 2880 feet to the site and across the wetland. In addition, 12" <br />watermain is to be extended 1805 feet along the west side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and <br />the south side of 153rd Avenue. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are <br />confident we can provide high quality services at competitive prices. As requested in <br />your letter of February 12, 1997, we have split our costs into three areas, basic <br />engineering services, technical engineering services and soil borings. Our estimated <br />"not to exceed" costs for basic services and our estimated cost for technical <br />engineering services are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Basic Engineering Services <br /> <br />Preparation of plans and specifications for the extension of sanitary <br />sewer and watermain. <br />Attend two meetings with the City and Developer prior to finalizing plans. <br />Address requirements for dewatering and wetland construction and <br />prepare all permit applications to the DNR, LRRWMO, Army Corps of <br />Engineers and Anoka County Highway associated with the construction. <br /> <br />Engineers Landscape Architects Surveyors <br /> <br /> <br />
