He stated that Yttrium Court West and 153rd Curve West would be names that would fit. <br /> <br /> Motion by Commissioner Deemer to name the streets as indicated above. There was no second, and <br /> the motion failed. <br /> <br /> Commisxioner Thorud asked if the City is reducing the setback on lob by five feet in the purchase <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> City Engineer lankowski stated that whether or not the variance of five feet is granted will not break <br /> the deal. The purpose of the variance is to save trees. <br /> <br /> Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend City Council <br /> approval of the pre 'hminary plat for Alpine Estates. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson ~Bawdea, Commissioners Holland, LaDue, Deemer, <br /> Jensen, Thorud. Voting No: None.
