Plan text and documents will be bound in a three-ring loose leaf binder for easy use and changes. TASK 304: CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL DSU will attend the City Council meeting with appropriate maps and graph/cs to answer any questions the Board may have regarding the Plan. g~DDITIONAL SERVICES Besides the services described above, we can provide a number of other optional services based upon the City's interest and budget. If the City would like to pursue such services, we should sit down and discuss these optional services so that we can modify them to meet your needs, expectations, budget and to follow the goals and objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. Complete the Comprehensive Plan Amendment In order to complete the Comprehensive Plan Amendment already develoPed for the City, we propose the following services. These components would allow for the completion of the Plan Amendment and assist the City in developing a Comprehensive Plan for the entire City.. Sprawl Analysis DSU can provide a general analysis of the cost of sprawl and the long- term impact of large-lot, unsewered development. We will rely on information found in the Builders Association Study and from information provided by the City. Neighborhood Planning DSU can provide more detailed neighborhood Master Planning for selected areas that would look at issues of transition between urban and rural area, infill development opportunities and the protection and enhancement of sensitive areas. o77/
