Subd. 4 <br /> <br />Exemptions: <br /> <br />Authorized resource management, emergency and enforcement personnel, <br />when acting in the performance of their duties, shall be exempt from the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Temporary exemptions from this ordinance may be granted by the Chief <br />of Police. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5 Marking: The Anoka County Sheriffs Department shall be <br />responsible for informing the public, posting notification at all public accesses and marking or <br />buoying areas affected by this ordinance as necessary to give reasonable notice to the speed <br />restriction of this section. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6 Enforcement: The Anoka County Sheriff's Department and other <br />licensed peace officers, including Conservation Officers of the Department of Natural Resources <br />of the State of Minnesota, are authorized to enforce this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7 Penalty: <br />guilty of a petty misdemeanor and <br />imprisonment. <br /> <br />Any person violating any provision of this section is <br />upon conviction shall be punished by a fine and/or <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a slow-no wake speed on the Rum River in the City <br />of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
