At such time that the owner observes a <br />malfunction of the system, the owner shall immediately notify the <br />pl-mbing inspector of the problera~. Required maintenance shall <br />be arranged for by the owner to maintain proper system <br />operation. <br /> <br />Sub& <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br /> Routine Maintenance. Costs incurred for such routine cleaning <br /> as referred to in §8.30.06 shall be borne by the property owner. <br /> b. Non-Routine M~ntenance. Ail other costs incurred to maintain <br /> system operability shall be directly absorbed by the owner. <br /> <br /> Subd. 4. Disposal Disposal of tank p-roping, box clesm/ng, or other <br />material shall be at agency-approved locations. Distribution box cleanings may be <br />disposed of in the individual disposal system, provided the system's operation is not <br />hindered by so doing. <br /> <br />8.30.07 Systems inventory. The pl-r-bing inspector shall create, update, and <br />maintain an accurate inventory of all individual sewage disposal systems within <br />the l~r~sey corporate limits. Information to be recorded shall include, but not be <br />limited to: <br /> a. Location; <br /> b. Description of original instm]lation; <br /> c. Improvements made; <br /> d. Pumping records; <br /> e.
