Licensees shall maintain soft test data, system pl-ns and other records and information as may be required by the administrator for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter. Records relating to any system inst~llation or renovation shall be retained for a period o£ three years follo~4ng completion of that activity, and copies of the s~me shall be transn~tted to the plumbing inspector. Licensees shall make available ail information, files and records, ~nd other information required to be maintained to the achni~strator at any time on the transmission of a reasonable request relating thereto. Pump- Hauler licensees shall keep records of the location of disposal of pumped septage mud date of disposal. 8.30.06 SubcHvL~on L M,m~cipal Responsibilities. a. Routine CIe-,~ing.
