I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes acquisition of the <br />permanent easement by eminent domain and to take possession of <br />that land prior to filing of an award by the Court Appointed <br />Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §117.011 and <br />§117.042. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney is authorized to file the necessary <br />petition therefore, and to prosecute such action to a <br />successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed or <br />terminated by the City or Court. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator is authorized to expend necessary <br />funds for appraisals of above described permanent easement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council the day of May, 1997. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />city Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
