Any person who accepts any <br />deed, including a mortgage deed, or any contract for deeded or <br />other instrument conveying, creating or encumbering any legal or <br />equitable interest in the Property, shall be deemed to have <br />voluntarily consented to repair or reconstruction of any damage or <br />destruction to any part of the Property within 180 days from the <br />occurrence of such damage or destruction, upon and subject to the <br />terms and conditions hereof. <br /> <br />5.2 Conformitv to OriGinal Plans and Specifications. All repair <br />and reconstruction of the Property will, to the extent possible, be <br />substantially in accordance with the plans and specification of the <br />Property as initially constructed and, if applicable, as <br />subsequently renovated and improved. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI <br /> <br />EXTERIOR <br /> <br />6.1 Exterior. No Owner shall display, hang or store any clothing, <br />sheets, blankets, laundry or other articles outside his residence <br />(except within a garage which is situated on his Lot), other than <br />draperies, ~urtains, or shades of customar~ nature and appearance <br />and in any event 'subject to the rules and regulations of the <br />Committee, or install outside his residence any canopy or awning, <br />or outside radio or television antenna, or other equipment, <br />fixtures or items or any kind, without the prior written permission <br />of the Committee. No Owner of a Lot~ shall display, hang, store <br />(except within the garage which is situated on his Lot) or use any <br />sign outside his residence, or which may be visible from the <br />outside of his residence without the prior written permission of <br />the Committee. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VII <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The Declaration may be amended by the written consent of 50 percent <br />(50%) of all owners of Lots and their first mortgagees. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />OUTSIDE STORAGE <br /> <br />Outside storage of any items, including but not limited to the <br /> <br /> <br />
