I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 13 ARTICLE V DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION 5.1 Provisions For Reconstruction. Any person who accepts any deed, including a mortgage deed, or any contract for deeded or other instrument conveying, creating or encumbering any legal or equitable interest in the Property, shall be deemed to have voluntarily consented to repair or reconstruction of any damage or destruction to any part of the Property within 180 days from the occurrence of such damage or destruction, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof. 5.2 Conformitv to OriGinal Plans and Specifications. All repair and reconstruction of the Property will, to the extent possible, be substantially in accordance with the plans and specification of the Property as initially constructed and, if applicable, as subsequently renovated and improved. ARTICLE VI EXTERIOR 6.1 Exterior. No Owner shall display, hang or store any clothing, sheets, blankets, laundry or other articles outside his residence (except within a garage which is situated on his Lot), other than draperies, ~urtains, or shades of customar~ nature and appearance and in any event 'subject to the rules and regulations of the Committee, or install outside his residence any canopy or awning, or outside radio or television antenna, or other equipment, fixtures or items or any kind, without the prior written permission of the Committee. No Owner of a Lot~ shall display, hang, store (except within the garage which is situated on his Lot) or use any sign outside his residence, or which may be visible from the outside of his residence without the prior written permission of the Committee. ARTICLE VII AMENDMENT The Declaration may be amended by the written consent of 50 percent (50%) of all owners of Lots and their first mortgagees.
