The TH 10 corridor within the study area is approximately 3.5 miles long. A much smaller portion of the study area (120 acres) is proposed for official mapping. This project does not include any new residential units, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings. The remainder of this question does not apply to the proposed project. Permits and Approvals Required A listing of major approvals and publicfinancial assistance and infrastructure likely to be required by the anticipated hypes of development projects should be given. This list will help orient reviewers to the framework that will protect environmental resources. The list can also serve as a starting point for the development of the implementation aspects of the mitigation plan to be developed as part of the A UAR. Include modifications of any existing permits, governmental review of plans and ail direct and indirect forms of public financial assistance including bond guarantees, Tax Increment Financing and infrastructure.
