Table 2. Environmental Impacts by AUAR Category
Environmental Impact Insignificant No Impact Discussion
Category Impact
24. Dust, odors, noise X
25. Sensitive resources X There are no known impacts to cultural or other sensiti
resources.
26. Adverse visual impacts X There are potential short-term and long-term effects, b~th
adverse and beneficial.
27. Compatibility with plans X Benefit- official mapping of the study area is in line with
the City of Ramsey's comprehensive plan as well as
stated plans for the TH 10 corridor.
28. Impact on infrastructure and X Secondary benefit--will improve planning for investm~t
public services in, and use of, local infrastructure.
.29. Cumulative impacts Not Applicable to AUAR.
30. Other potential
environmental issues
I
Almost all foreseeable impacts from official mapping are of a secondary nature.
An), actual TH 10 construction would be addressed separatel), in terms of environmental clearance.

Project Magnitude Data
The cumulative totals of the parameters called for should be given for each major development
scenario, except that information on "manufacturing," or "other industrial,, "institutional,' and
"agricultural.,

Number of residential units: unattached attached maximum units per building

Commercial, industrial or institutional building area (gross floor space): total square feet
Indicate areas of specific uses (in square feet):

Total project acreage: The study area shown in Exhibit 1: Ramsey TH 10 Corridor AUAR
Study Area, encompasses approximately 2000 acres. The TH 10 corridor within the
study area is approximately 3.5 miles long. A much smaller portion of the study area
(120 acres) is proposed for official mapping.

This project does not include any new residential units, commercial, industrial, or
institutional buildings. The remainder of this question does not apply to the proposed
project.

Permits and Approvals Required
A listing of major approvals and publicfinancial assistance and infrastructure likely to be
required by the anticipated hypes of development projects should be given. This list will help
orient reviewers to the framework that will protect environmental resources. The list can also
serve as a starting point for the development of the implementation aspects of the mitigation plan
to be developed as part of the A UAR. Include modifications of any existing permits,
governmental review of plans and ail direct and indirect forms of public financial assistance
including bond guarantees, Tax Increment Financing and infrastructure.

RAMSEY TH 10 CORRIDOR AUAR 11
