information on these designations are provided in Item 14 of the Ramsey Town Center
AUAR.

Anoka County 2015 Transportation Plan-TH 10 is included in the Anoka County 2015
Transportation Plan. The City of Ramsey and the Anoka County Highway Department
have a history of working together- including on this AUAR- to plan for existing and
anticipated transportation problems.

Mitigation Element
No mitigation is necessary in this category.

28.

29.

Impact on infrastructure and public services
Will new or expanded utilities, roads, other infrastructure or public services be required to serve
the project? Yes ~XNo

If yes, describe the new or additional infrastructure or services needed. (Note: any infrastructure
that is a connected action with respect to the project must be assessed in the EA[~ see EAW
Guidelines for de tails).

For an A UAR, this item should first of all summarize information on physical infrastructure
presented under items (such 6, 17, 18 and 21). Other major infrastructure or public services not
covered under other items should be discussed as well - this includes major social services such
as schools, police, fire, etc. The RGU must be careful to include project-associated infrastructure
as an explicit part of the A UAR review if it is to exempt from project-specific review in the
future.

Official mapping does not require new or expanded utilities, roads, or any other
infrastructure or public services. However, the action of official mapping does provide
the opportunity for secondary benefits by aiding in the efficient improvement of existing
transportation infrastructure and public services. This action will improve planrdng for
investment in, and the use of local infrastructure within Ramsey -- namely with TH 10
and the transportation system that connects into this roadway. As discussed in Item 6,
official mapping may strengthen the basis for allowing Ramsey to receive interim
funding measures such as RALF money and Mn/DOT access management money. As
noted in Item 6 of this AUAR, the action of official mapping is being proposed so as not
to preclude future improvements of TH 10 and to strategically identify lands for
preferred use as future trunk highway right-of-way in Ramsey.

The adopted official map will serve as a tool that will guide transportation and land use
planning along the TH 10 corridor and will assist in right-of-way preservation activities.

Mitigation Element
No mitigation is necessary in this category.

Cumulative impacts.
This item does not require a response for an A UAR since the entire A UAR process deals with
cumulative impacts from related developments zoithin the A UAR area.

RAMSEY TH 10 CORRIDOR AUAR 22
