Any ultimate "build-out" of TH 10 would be subject to additional environmental
review, which would most likely be covered in an EIS for the specific highway
improvements. At this point, the foreseeable cumulative impacts of the TH 10 official
mapping action would primarily be the preservation of TH 10 right-of-way within an
overall coordinated land use plan. This action, when combined with the Ramsey Town
Center project and other changes, will positively influence the orderly development of
the area and help toward improvements of TH 10.

30.

Other potential environmental impacts
If applicable, this item should be anszoered as requested by the EAW form (if the project may
cause any adverse environmental impacts not addressed by items I to 28, identify and discuss
them here, along with any proposed mitigation).

Not applicable.

31. Summary of Issues
List any impacts and issues identified above that may require further investigation before the
project is begun. Discuss any alternatives or mitigative measures that have been or may be
considered for these impacts and issues, including those that have been or may be ordered as
permit conditions.

The RGU may answer this question as asked by the form or instead may choose to provide an Executive
Summanj to the document that basically covers the same information. Either way, the major emphasis
should be on potentially significant impacts, the difference in impacts between major development
scenarios, and the proposed mitigation.

See the attached mitigation plan.

Certification by the RGU
In an A UAR document, no certifications as listed at the end of the EAW form are necessary. (The RGU is
legally responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the document and for properly distributing it
nonetheless.)

RAMSEY TH 10 CORRIDOR AUAR 23
