other sports will be added in the future. Field space and availability will determine how
many sports we can run..

Immediately after the school day lets out (and possibly before the school day begins)
intermural sports teams will use the fields for practice and/or games. The soccer season
will run from late August to the end of October. Softball season will run from late
March/early April to the end of May/early June. Both sports will require use of the fields
5 days a week (M-F) for either practice or games. We anticipate 1 or 2 days per week for
games, with accompanying traffic. We intend to host tournaments for both SPOrtS, with
varying schedules. Tournaments would likely occur on Fridays and Saturdays once or
twice in a season. A third sport, Basketball, which starts in November and runs to
February, may make some use of the park if weather permits for endurance and strength
training.

Weekends and other weeks in the year the fields will generally be available, with field
usage scheduled by PACT. Schedules will be kept in the reception room at PACT. When
a field is not scheduled for use by PACT it is fully avail, able for use by other groups,
within the defined parameters set by agreement between the City and PACT Charter
School.

How the field and park land is designed will affect the range of activities possible.
Assuming multiple activities can run at the same time with out conflicting, we anticipate
the opportunity for other groups and people from the community to use the park
concurrent' with the school's scheduled field use.

Steve Bosacker
PACT Project Coordinator
