Parking Action Plans
1. No need for off-site parking. People simpty park and attend as desired.

2. Parking demand exceeds on-site parking space by a small number of vehicles.
Allow people to park on the street and nearby park/ng areas - such as the parking
lot attached to the city/school field area and neighboring facility parking lots. If
parking demand indicates that neighboring facility parking lots needs to be used,
PACT will communicate with those facilities according to agreed-upon
procedures.

3. Depending on anticipated demand and actual space available in neighboring
facility parking lots PACT will do one of two things:

a. If parking space in neighboring facility parking space is sufficient, PACT
will contact those facilities and implement an agreed-upon plan to allow
people to park in those spaces. PACT will also communicate with the
Ramsey Town Center Association to inform or coordinate necessary
actions."

b. If parking demand exceeds neighboring facility parking space and th~
walk from distant spaces is greater than some set distance, PACT will
implement a shuttle service using school buses to bring people to and from
more distant parking areas. PACT will communicate with the Ramsey
Town Center Association to inform or coordinate necessary actions.
Which areas will be used depend on parking areas available for such use.
Parking instructions for attendees will be distributed prior to the event to
make the shuttle service effective.

4. For non-PACT events in the PACT facility, special arrangements will be made
with the hosting organization, the Ramsey Town Center Association, and the City
of Ramsey. Depending on agreed-upon plans, PACT may provide shuttle service
for a fee to bring and return people from distant parking areas, suchas parking
ramps. A coordinated plan will be agreed upon between all affected parties.

Steve Bosacker
PACT Project Coordinator
For PACT Charter School
