~,UUq <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowsld indicated the haul roads to be used during excavation on the map. Daring <br />mining activity, tim equipment will be located on Phase 9 of the applicant's submittal. In the <br />proposed Conditional Use PermiL the City has indicated that only the equipment associated with <br />removal of the soil material can be used during this operation. No processing equipment shall be <br />associated with this activity. When Phase 9 is mined, the equipment area will be located on Phase <br />10. <br /> <br />Mr. Knrak agreed to'build a lS0-foot buffer area on the Fox Knoll boundary that will include trees <br />and seed. I-~ plans to complete the buffer before the yards are done in the mbdivision. <br />Mr. Kurak stated that he would like to change his request for a Conditional Use Permit to less than <br />40 acres. ~ measurement is 39 acres. Sunfish Lake and the wetland will be Iet'c with a significant <br />amount of trees. <br /> <br />Mr. JetTy Ameson, 5851 147th La_ne, asked if the wetland would be disturbed. <br /> <br />Mr. I<.urak answered, no. He added that he has put in a request to the DN'R to build duck ponds in <br />the wetland but has not had a response. <br /> <br />City Engineer lankowski asked the footage of the buffer to the wetland. <br /> <br />Mr. Kurak answ'e.~e, cl, 150 feet. There is a 25-foot high hill which is very steep. It will be reduced <br />and with trees on the side of the hil~, the wetland will not be seen.
