Request for Site Plan A~al; Cas~ of Minnesota Tool & Die Works, <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator stated that a site plan application bas been received for a 20,000 square <br />foot office and man~g facility on Lot 4, Bloci~ 2, Business Park 95 4th Addition. <br />Two accesses are proposed from McKinley Street NW and a shared driveway with Point <br />Investment to the wesL Wac site plan is in compliance with City Co4e as it relates to zoning, <br />lot coverage, setbacks, design and number of off-sweet parking areas and driveways, loading <br />beaxbs and arckitecmral standards. At this time there has been no submittal of a Landscape <br />Plan, Grading and Drainage Plan, Waste Storage Plan or Lighting Plan. It is her <br />understanding that these plan~ will be made available to the Architectural Review Board. <br />Staff recommencls approval contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter <br />dated August 1, 1997, and the Business Par~ 95 covenants. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that the <br />City Council approve the proposed site plan for Minnesota Tool & Die Works contingent <br />upon compliance with the City Stuff Review Letter dated August 1, 1997, and the Business <br />Park 95 covenants as reviewed by the Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: ~on Bawden; Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Jensen, <br />Iafl)ue. Voting no: None.
