Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #97-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 SIXTH <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br /> developmcnt purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly <br /> applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 2, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> AND WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash payment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the R.amsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to BUSINESS PARK 95 <br /> SIXTH ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of September, 1997. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
