Licensees shall maintain soil test data, system plans and other records and information as may be required by the aaministrator for the purpose of determining compliance v~ith this chapter. Records relating to any system installation or renovation shall be retained for a period of three years following completion of that activity, and copies of the s~rne shall be transmitted to the plumbing inspector. Licensees shall make available all information, files and records, and other information required to be maintained to the a~tr~nistrator at any time on the transmission of a reasonable request relating thereto.
