CITY OF R~MSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> STIPULATED AGREEMENT AND ORDER <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE SUSPENSION <br /> <br /> This Stipulated Agreement is by and between the City of <br />Ramsey, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, a municipal <br />corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota and Barnyard <br />Entertainment Inc., 6937 NW Highway 10, Ramsey, Minnesota, a <br />MinneSota corporation. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey (the "City") has issued an on-sale <br />intoxicating liquor license to Barnyard Entertainment Inc., ("the <br />Licensee") with the licensed location being 6937 Highway t0, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, and using the trade name Lighthouse Grille & <br />Bar; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has adopted as a part of its City Code of <br />Ordinances, Section 7.52 entitled "Intoxicating Liquor for On-Sale" <br />("Section 7.52"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.52 adopted by reference Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 340A, entitled "Liquor Act"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both Section 7.52 and the Liquor Act prohibit sale of <br />alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.52 provides that as a penalty to a Licensee <br />who sells alcohol to a person under 21 years of age, in violation <br />of said Section 7.52 and the Liquor Act, the City may suspend <br />and/or revoke the Licensee's on-sale liquor license; and <br /> <br /> <br />
