II. YOUTH ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONS: <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Free use of baseball, softball, football, soccer, and hockey facilities will be given <br />to youth athletic associations dealing primarily with Ramsey youth. Lighting will <br />be provided only after these groups have made maximum use of daylight hours. <br /> <br />Facilities will be provided to youth athletic associations based on the percentage <br />of Ramsey children participating in the program. At the conclusion of each sport <br />season, each association shall compile and provide to the Park Department a <br />detailed analysis of the number of teams, games played, practices held and youth <br />involved in their association so that determination can be made as to the <br />percentage of facilities to be allocated the following year. Associations that do <br />not provide registration information will not be given permits. <br /> <br />RESERVATION POLICY (INDOOR & OUTDOOR SHELTERS) <br /> <br />Single-use permits can be applied for and secured through the Park Department according <br />to the requirements listed below: <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Priority will be given to Ramsey Residents as in Section I.A. on a first come - first <br />serve basis from the first working day in January each year through April 1. <br />Permits for the remaining available dates will be awarded after April 1, on a first <br />come - first serve basis to either residents or non-residents. <br /> <br />Requests for a permit may be phoned in, made in person, or by mail but will not <br />be valid until the fee is paid and approval granted by the City of Ramsey Park <br />Department. <br /> <br />There will be no tentative reservations, and same day reservations will not be <br />granted. <br /> <br />1. Indoor Facilities are defined as a building or open shelters. <br /> <br />Outdoor Facilities are defined as a field or court or any City property. <br />Specifically, a place where a recreational activity such as softball, football, <br />basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc., are played. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY EXCLUSIVE PARK USAGE FEES <br /> <br />There shall be a $15.00 deposit for each key requested. <br /> <br />Organized groups serving the youth of Ramsey (community school, public service <br />groups, recreation groups) may have the building use fee waived. <br /> <br />ToumamentfEvent Facility Use Application <br /> Page 4 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
