Indoor permits will be issued for a maximum period of four (4) hours unless an
extension is authorized by the Park Department. The user must relinquish the
facility by the time specified on the permit.

If requested and available, an outdoor permit can be attached for the use of one
field or court at no fee for daylight hours only. This provision does not apply for
tournament uses which are covered separately.

Outdoor permits will be issued only for the event and the time it reasonably takes
to complete said event as specified by the City.

The Park Department reserves the fight to regulate and control the size of the
group or organization using the park facility.

The City of Ramsey requires liability insurance for tournaments and as deemed
necessary for the best interest of the City. The requirements include a certificate
confirming liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $50,000 - $300,000
bodily injury and $25,000 property. The City shall be named as an additional
insured.

F. All Ramsey City Parks must be vacated by 10:00 p.m. unless specified otherwise.

Go

All groups are responsible for the cost of all damages to any equipment or
facilities used during the rental period. The City will not be responsible for losses
of personal property by individuals or groups.

No motorized vehicles or machines are allowed in or upon any City park unless
specifically authorized by the Park Department. Permits must be displayed on the
vehicle(s) - in clear sight of the Police Department. All other vehicles must park
in designated area or roadway where permitted.

Permits are valid only for the date, time, and place specified on them and must be
in the users possession for verification if needed.

When a key is needed for lights or entrance into a reserved facility, the applicant
may obtain the key from City Hall with the permit. The key CANNOT be
transferred to another user, individual, or group under any circumstances. It
MUST be returned immediately after the event or time allowed is completed.
Failure to return the key within two (2) business days of permit expiration will
subject the permit holder to a fine in the amount of $15,00 plus the cost to rekey
the facility and forfeiture of the privilege to use a park facility until paid.

Tournament/Event Facility Use Application
Page 5 of 9
