K <br /> <br />Structures and equipment shall not be altered or moved from one area to another <br />unless specifically mentioned on the permit or under the direct supervision of a <br />City employee. Extra or unusual services for programs or activities must be <br />identified in the permit. <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />All groups/organizations using park facilities shall provide an adult supervisor <br />who shall remain with the group during all activities and be responsible for the <br />groups conformance to all appropriate rules, regulations and policies. The <br />supervisor will be identified on the permit if the person is not the user. <br /> <br />M <br /> <br />Refunds will be given only if cancellation is made no less than two weeks prior to <br />the reserved date of the permit. <br /> <br />N <br /> <br />The City will bill the permit holder(s) if the permit holder is insufficient in <br />cleaning up after their event or usage. <br /> <br />O. As a general rule: <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />The use of glass containers is prohibited. <br />Clean up the premises and place your litter in containers provided. <br />Shut off all lights and lock up the facility upon completion of the event. <br />Users are required to remove all non-City materials, equipment, and <br />furnishings privately owned by them after using the facility. <br /> <br />IV. OUTDOOR WORSHIP SERVICES: <br /> <br />Outdoor worship services by resident or non-resident churches will be allowed on park <br />property only on Sunday mornings between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. or by <br />"special" request submitted to the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission in writing <br />for review and approval. The church using the park facility for a worship service will be <br />allowed to collect its normal offertory only once per service and no selling of books, <br />literature, or items whatsoever is allowed. <br /> <br />Outdoor Worship Services require an Outdoor Facility Use Permit. <br /> <br />V. TOURNAMENT POLICY: <br /> <br />A tournament "excludes" the general public from actively participating on Ramsey tax <br />supported park facilities. It gives "exclusive use" to the tournament sponsor of City <br />owned facilities used for said tournament and takes in dollars from participants and <br />businesses to defray tournament costs for profit, or for a charity. <br /> <br />The following policies, procedures, and fees apply to "Tournaments" where "exclusive" <br />use of a park or park facilities is reserved by an individual or group for a specified period. <br /> <br />Tournament/Event Facility Use Application <br /> Page 6 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
