As mentioned earlier, the Bjorklund property <br />will continue to utilize an easement across the parcel to the north for access to <br />Unity Street N.W. The City is anticipating that Outlot B will be developed as a <br />public street in the future, and it is intended that the Bjorklund and Johnson parcel <br />will be given license to utilize Outlot B as access to Unity Street N.W.
