If not, it must be abandoned in <br />accordance with the Minnesota Well Code. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995 and <br />d~termin~d th~ park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Cit~ Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 1996, to consider <br />your request fo~ final plat approval of Green Addition. A copy of the case cover sheet and <br />proposed development agreement are enclosed for your information. Staff doesn't anticipate any <br />problems with this case and your presence at the meeting is not considered absolutely necessary. <br />However, you may want to have a representative present to answer any questions that may arise. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this process.
