Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF GREEN ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, James Green, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for <br /> plat approval on the following described property located in the City of ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lots 1, 2 and 3, 4 and 5, Block 1; Green Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on November 28, 1995, the City received application and sketch <br />plan from James Green for Green Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 5, I995, and <br />approved the sketch plan of Green Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, <br />and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for each of the four (4) <br />new residential lots created; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on/Ianuary 8, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Green Addition in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br /> development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: -. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, 1996. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
