The existing well may be retained for irrigation purposes <br />only. fi'not, it must be abandoned in accordance with the Minnesota Well Code. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The plat was reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission on <br />December 14, 1995 and it was determined that a cash contribution will satisfy park <br />dedieati0n requirements. <br /> <br />The Ram~y City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 1996 to consider <br />your request for final plat approval of Juskiewicz Addition. A copy of the ease cover sheet and <br />proposed development agreement are enclosed for your information. Staff doesn't anticipate any <br />problems with _fids ease and your presence at the meeting is not considered absolutely necessary. <br />However, you may want to have a representative present to answer any questions that may arise. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this process.
