Councilmemb~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~g96-01- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF JUSKIEWICZ ADDITION WHEREAS, Edwin Juskiewicz, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of ramsey: Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 2; Jusldewicz Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on November 27, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from Edwin Juskiewicz for Juskiewicz Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on December 5, 1995, and approved the sketch plan of Juskiewicz Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on December 14, 1995, and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for each of the seven (7) new residential lots created; and WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on January 8, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Juskiewicz Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were abser/t: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of January, 1996.
