Our professionals would very much like to develop a long-term working
relationship with the City of Ramsey, and look forward to that opportunity.

We believe there are several key items that make MSA best qualified to assist the City
of Ramsey with your proposed project. Among these are our:

Extensive Municipal Engineering Experience ~- MSA is one of the largest
municipal engineering firms in Minnesota. Our highly qualified personnel
currently provide municipal engineering services in over 50 similar cities
including Andover, Albertville, Becker, Bethel, Braham, Brooklyn Center,
Brooklyn Park, Burnsville, Champlin, Corcoran, Eagan, Elk River, Hopkins,
Mahtomedi, Minnetonka, Plymouth, St. Francis, St. Michael, Waseca and
Wyoming. MSA is also the designated State Aid Engineer for over nine
communities.

I
i
I
I
I
I

Unparalleled Experience of Our Team Leaders -- MSA's proposed project
manager, Steve Gatlin, P.E., has over 20 years of municipal engineering
experience working for similar cities including Burnsville, Eagan, Roseville and
White Bear Lake. As Vice President of MSA, Steve can assure the City of
Ramsey that the McKinley Street project would be completed on time and
within the negotiated not-to-exceed budget. Steve would attend Council
meetings and Planning Commission meetings as requested. In addition, Mark
Graham, P.E., would serve as the project engineer. Mark has over 13 years
experience serving as city engineer for various metro area cities including
Afton. He has completed more than 50 municipal projects, and is available to
start designing your proposed project inXtnediately.

I
I
I
I
I

An Equal Opportunity Employer
