We believe <br />this shows the premium we place on our clients' needs and overall satisfaction. <br />We are currently working for several cities in your area, including Elk River. <br />Our location would allow our professionals to address your needs at a moment's <br />notice. We propose to complete the preliminary surveying and information <br />gathering for the McKinley Street project the week of January 23 if given verbal <br />authorization. <br /> <br />We have enclosed a work plan and cost estimate which describes our proposed tasks, <br />schedule, and not-to-exceed fee.
