Soils are adequate to support the building on conventional spread footings. <br />2. First floor structure is made of 8" precast plank and 2" cast in place, reinforced, <br /> concrete topping. Roof structure is made of steel joists and deck. <br />3. Facebrick is utility size, $750 per thousand material allowance. Concrete block <br /> backup. <br />4. Clear or bronze anodized finish on window framing system. <br />5. Three ply, built up, bituminous membrane roof. Rubber membrane with ballast bid <br /> as an option. <br />6. Lower level and garage heated only. <br /> Four hundred amp electrical service. Four lamp, 2x4 fluorescent lighting with <br /> acrylic lenses. <br />12. Plastic laminate upper and lower cabinet in break room. <br />13. Double aluminum entrance system. <br />14. Fire Sprinkler and alarm system. <br />15. 650 SY parking lot and drive with concrete B style curb. <br />16. Architectural/Engineering services included within construction bid. <br />17.
