Sunfish Estates February 20, 1996 Page 3 o 3 II. 12. 13. park Dedication: In accordance with the recommendations of the Park and Recreation Commission, park dedication will consist of a cash payment representative of the rate in affect at the time of final plat approval, with a credit of $7.00 per lineal foot for path construction along the rear of Lots 14, 15 and t6. The 20 foot easement along the lots is not park dedication credit eligible. Pedestrian Transportation Routes: The developer will be required to fund the construction of an 8 foot wide transportation trail along the north side of Sunwood Drive, even if the actual construction of the trail is concurrent with Sunwood Drive's construction. Existing Horrleste~d: The development agreement will require that the existing homestead on Lot 7, Block 1 be resided and served by a paved driveway in order to make it more compatible with the new neighborhood developing around it. The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 1996 to conduct the public hearing and consider the request for preliminary plat approval.
