Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE SITE PLAN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR <br />TIlE EXPANSION OF THE RUM RIVER PLAZA SHOPPING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 27, 1995, the Ramsey City Council granted site plan approval for <br />a 16,920 square foot expansion to the Rum River Plaza Shopping Center;, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 4, 1996, Robert Muller, the developer and owner of the Rum River <br />Plaza Shopping Center, approached City Staff with a request to amend the site plan permit for a 2 <br />phase development to occur in 1996 and 1997 to coordinate the expansion as tenant agreements are <br />entered into. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />To direct City Staff to amend the Site Plan Development Permit for the expansion of the <br />Rum River Plaza Shopping Center to allow for a 2-phase construction project during 1996 <br />and 1997. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of , 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
