Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-06-.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICI~ <br />MANAGER LINDA WAITE SMITH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Linda Waite Smith began employment at the City of Ramsey on December 18, 19~. <br />as Administrative Services Manager in salary grade 16, with an annual salary of $43,000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Administrator Ryan Schroeder, Ms. Waite Smith's immediate supervisor, <br />given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Ms. Waite Smith and recommends retaining <br />Waite Smith at the City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, effective June 18, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WI-IEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 11, 1996 meeting agreed with ti <br />recommendation to retain Ms. Waite Smith as a regular, full-time employee, effective June 18, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE~, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnl <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Linda Waite Smith and change in status to regula <br />full-time employee, effective June 18, 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />day of June, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
