PAYMENT FDR WATER <br /> <br />Whenever possible, the water used by the City of Ramsey from either of the <br />intercorinections shall be metered. If water is used for fire purpose, or for some other <br />reason, it is not metered, the amount of water used shall be estimated by the Anoka Water <br />Superintendent. Payment for water, metered or estimated, shall be made by Ramsey at <br />Anoka's_-current rate. (1994 rate is 84.22¢ per 1,000 gallons, or 63¢ per 100 cubic feet.) <br />In addition, a fixed charge of $150 per month is charged for each month water is purchased <br />to cover the cost of metering and billing. Rates to be revaluated on an annual basis. All <br />rate changes approved by the Anoka City Council will be implemented to this agreement. <br /> <br />TERM OF AOREEMENT <br /> <br />This memorandum of understanding will be reviewed every five years.
