Tranaportation Impact Fee: The City has enacted at Transportation Impact Fee <br />at a rate of $500.00 per residential lot created. In this case, the replat is not creating any <br />new lots and :by the reduction in lots, reduces the amount of traffic to be generated. No <br />transportation impact fee will be imposed on this plat. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 1996, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. to consider your request for final <br />plat approval [of Northfork Oaks Third Addition.
