Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-08- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK OAKS 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 4 and 5, Block 2 Northfork Oaks Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. "Subject Proper~y" WHEREAS, on August 22, 1994, the Ramsey City Council grant preliminary plat approval to North fork Oaks Addition; and WHEREAS, on October 25, 1994, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Oaks Addition; and WHEREAS, on July 25, 1996, North Fork, Inc. applied for a minor subdivision to replat the Subject Property into one (1) residential lot; and WHEREAS, on August 6, 1996, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended Council approval of the replat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City'Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Oaks 3rd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, and a determination that no transportation impact fee or park dedication shall be due. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of August, 1996.
