The Planning Commiss-'Son proceeded to review the proposed Resolution for the Interim Use Permit. Commissioner Deemer stated he had no problem with conditions #1 or #2. Mr. Yohrtmn explained that they are not planning to pave the parking lot due to the construction, and they plan on using crushed aggregate for the partdnglot Mr. Johnson added that the people developing the road recommended not paving the parking lot Commissioner Deemer stated condition #3 was incorrect according to the site plan. Chairperson Bawden asked if the temporary structure will be a drive-up. Mr. Johnson stated it would mainly be a drive-up facility.
