PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING ~ND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.20.11 R-IR RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT~AND 9.20.12 R-IU RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OF CHAPTER 9 <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Sections 9.20.11 (R-1 Rural Residential District) and 9.20.12 (R-1 Urban Residential <br />District), Sui~livision 3 (Standards) are hereby amended to revise the Maximum Lot <br />Coverage stmidard as follows: <br /> [ <br /> <br />Maximum Lot Coverage (including impervious or prepared surfaces) <br /> <br />Sections 9.20~.13 (R-2 Urban Residential Dislrict, 9.20.14 (R-3 Urban Residential <br />District), and ~}.20.15 (Multiple Residential District), Subdivision 3 (Standards) are hereby <br />amended to revise the Maximum Lot Coverage standard as follows: <br /> <br /> Maximum lot coverage (excludes impervious or prepared surfaces) <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
