In <br />addition, an7 wetland areas should be delineated and designated as drainage and utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />Landscape Plan:. At the time of preliminary plat approval, a landscape plan must be <br />submitted as an addendum to the Grading and Drainage Plan. The plan must identify trees <br />to be preserved during consm~ction, along with preservation methods, and the planting of <br />at least one 2 inch diameter tree at the front of each of the lots. The species and location of <br />trees'to be planted are subject to the approval of the City and shall be specified on the <br />landscape plan. <br /> <br />ParkDedicati0.n; It is anticipated that the park dedication wilI consist of a combination of <br />cash and trail development. <br /> <br />Pedestrian Transportation: The developer will be required to continue the pedestrian path <br />along 153rd Avenue N.W. and Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. This transportation <br />improvement is not park dedication credit eligible. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission wili be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, I995 and the <br />Park and Recreation Commission will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 1995 <br />to review your sketch plan. The meetings wiIl be held at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen' Blvd. N.W.
