Review Letter - Landmark Bank Site Plan
January 31, 1996
Page 3 of 3 :

Drainage and C-mdina: Drainage from all paved areas of the site is proposed to be drained overland
to two 1-ocations~ Approximately 120 feet of 12 inch storm sewer and two catch basins will convey
all runoff to a dettention basin located on the northeast comer of the site. A 12 inch overflow from
this sertimentati~)n pond will convey runoff to a 36 inch storm sewer which discharges to the Rum
River. It should~ be noted that the roof drains from the bank building discharge directly to the 36
inch storm se~er. It is recommended that this roof drain also be discharged to al/ow for
conserving the c~tpacity within the 36 inch storm pipe.

Access: The site will have access onto 142nd Avenue N.W., with no direct access onto T.H. g47.

~ Some information is included on the site plan regarding signage. It appears that the signs
noted comply w~th the 100 square foot business identification ground sign requirements and the 4
square foot/5 fo~_t high on-site directional signs. A sign permit is required from the City prior to
installation of tlie signs.

The Planning (2ommission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 1996, at the
Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the proposed site plan.
