That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services. That thc proposed use will/will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of glare, noise, traffic, smoke, fumes or odor. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the ,Acinity or to the public welfare. That the proposed use wilVw~ not be consistent with the intent and purposes of Chapter 9.03.04 (Conditional Use Permits) of the Ramsey City Code. That on March 4, 1996, it was determined by the Planning Commission that the Applicant may be deficient of necessary permits from regulatory agencies and the Commission tabled action on the request for conditional use permit amendment to allow the Applicant time to fulfill the proper permitting requirements. That on April 2, 1996, the Planning Commission resumed consideration of the Applicant's request for an amendment to conditional use permit.
