lvlAIN~'F_~N ANCE AG~'T <br />FOR $IY,_EN RECEIVER/DECODERS <br /> <br />TRvfE AND h/~A~ SERVICE <br /> <br />Thi~} maintenance sen, ices agreement is made and entered into as of this day of <br /> , 19 , by and between Doradus Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, of 6095 <br />Easi:i River Road, l~hdley, l~(dnnesota 55432, hereinafter referred to as "Doradus" and the <br />murticipality of County), h~nesora, hereinafter <br />refe~ to as the "City". <br /> <br />DEFIN1TI ONS <br /> <br />Theijerms "Unit", "Receiver/Decoder", and "Service Call" shall be de£med as follows in this <br />Agr~ment: <br /> <br /> ~ "Unit" consists of the entire siren installation, including the pole, siren, <br /> i~ receiver/decoder, elecuScal service and connections, arm a_round the pole and access to <br /> ~ the site. <br /> <br /> E.ECEI~nP,-/DEC ODER <br /> <br /> ~! "Receiver/Decoder" is the portion of the siren system which is responsible for the <br /> i receipt and transmission of control commands and in/ormadon and the activation of <br /> i the c~-cuitry which actually sounds the siren. This includes the radio u-,mscejver, the <br /> - d~oder board and its power supply (includin=o the~.battery backup), the antenna., the <br /> !i mter~.onn~.,.un~ cables and corruptors amd the control box. <br /> <br /> SERVICE CALL <br /> <br /> :. A "Service Call" is a visit to a unit with the inremion and capability of performing <br /> ii either preventive maintenance or corrective action to the receiver/decoder. A techrfician <br /> i} malting a service cal/ shall have with him/her the tools and spare pans necessa_D, to <br /> !} r~sonabiy assure a fully opsrationa.1 receiver/decoder at the end of the service cai1. <br /> <br />It is a~ecl by and between the parries as follows: <br /> <br />1. $~VICES <br /> <br />DoradUs~, shall provide and the CiD' shall compensate Doradus as hereina/ter provided for the <br />/ollowmz: <br /> <br /> 1.t ?R.EVENT1A~ ~£z~,,vTENANCE-A Doradus technicizn shall perform a <br /> ~iprevendve maintenance inspection of each urfit described on Attachment 1 auached <br /> <br /> !i <br /> <br /> <br />
