City has elected not to obtain such prepaid maintenance sen, ice. City further acknowledges that municipalities and counties other than City have contracted with Doradus for such prepaid maintenance service. City will be pro,Aded emergency service after those mun~cipahfies and counties wkich have contracted witin Doradus for prepaid maintenance service have received emergency sen'ice requested by them. All emergency service request~ by any City will receive emergency service response prior to preventive service calls, regardless of whether or not Doradus has a~eed to provide prepaid maintenance service to such rnurficipaliD, or Co'anD,. 1.3 MONITOP-ZNG OF TEST :P,~OR.TS- Doraaus shaJl monitor the £ollowing reports on sirens covered by tl:fis ag'reement resulting from silent tests run by the CiD' or by the CounD' in which the City is located on un/rs described ~ Auachment 2: 1..3.1 FREQUTm'qCY- Doradus will monitor silent test reports a minimum of once per week, generally on the day following the running of a silent test. 1.3.2 ANALYSIS-Doradus will monitor these test reports for items wh/ch represent to Doradus lmown failure modes of the un/ts and for events not previously seen or explained. Whenever a suspected failure of a unit is detected from such r~orts, such suspected failure will be reported to the CID'.
