HARDW~ AND HARDWARE FAIZ.~ AND DEFEL"TS COV'F_~-r) 2.1 I~,RDWARI~ COVEI~-r'~ Doradus shall provide ~pair and/or replacement for the foilowing components of the system: . :, 2.1.1 CONTROL BOX- The box housing the controls for the receiver/decoder unit. 2.1.2 SIREN DECODER BOARD- The receiver/decoder board, including its integral power supply. '2.1.3 BATTERY-The battery which is used to provide backup to the siren :receiver/decoder board and power to the radio. 2.1.4 RADIO-The two-way radio transceiver installed as part of the unit. 2.1.5 Dq'Im-_~CONNECTIONS- Ail internal connections withSn the control box :including cables, fuses, and antennas which form part of the receiver/decoder :system. 2.2. I CAUSES AND CONDITIONS COXrE.R~ LrNDER NORM_4.L MA.~'qANCE CHARGE- Doradus will repair or replace items listed in para~m'aph 2.1 wh/ch fail for any cause whatsoever. 2.2.2 UNSERVICEAB!-~ UNITS- In ~ event that, for any reason, the Doradus technician determines that a un/t..!~ unsafe to approach or to work on, including, without 1/m_itation, improperly ~oundecI un/ts, units not shut off or ~mproperly shut off, and unsafe environmental conditions of any kS_nd, Domdus wiI1 notify the CiD, of the problem. Until the situation is corrected and Doradus is notified by the CID', no service will be attempted on that unit. Doradus shall not be responsible for provid/ng a service call until such unit is serviceable and Doradus is nofi.fied of such fact. This a~.~reement,iis effective from January 1, 1995 thra December 31, 1995. At the end of each calendar year the a~ment wiI1 be renewed automatically for one additional year. E/thor parry may termCate this agreement without cause by provicting the other parry wr/tten notice of such termination z m~n/mum of 60 days prior' to Ihe renewal date of ~h~ a~m'e, ement. Doradus will p~ovide any changes in price or terms of'this a~m'eement a m~nqmum of 90 days prior to the ren~.wal date of this a~eement. '.,~ .'
