~anuary 30, 1995 <br />Tc~Herman <br />Page2 of 2 <br /> <br />YE~CAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The ~nsultant shall provide the following technical services: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />· Provide construction staking and project construction inspection <br />· Preparation of as-built plans <br />· Obtain necessary soil borings <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />The ~nsultant shall submit a proposal which proposes compensation as follows: <br /> <br />· Basic Engineering services shall be compensated on an hourly basis with a not-to-exceed <br /> m~dmum. <br />· Technical services shall be billed on an hourly basis, An estimate of the cost of technical <br /> Services shall be submitted for budgetary purposes. <br />· Soil borings shall be on a cost plus basis. An estimate shalI be submitted for budgetary <br /> purposes. <br /> <br />The;proposal shall be submitted to the City of Ramsey no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 7, <br />1995. Award of the work is anticipated by the City Council at their February 14, 1995 meeting. <br />Notice of award shah be made immediately thereafter.
