CITY for recording at Anoka County until the wetlands have been filled to the satisfaction <br />of the CITY and in accordance with the approved Wetland Mitigation Plan. <br /> <br />Boulevard an.d Area Restoration. The DEVELOPER shall be responsible for the <br />cost of establishing seed or sod in al1 boulevards within thirty (30) days of the completion <br />of the street improvements, and restoring ail other areas disturbed by the development <br />grading operation in accordance with the approved erosion and sediment control plan. The <br />DEVELOPER shall also be responsible for the cost of cleaning any soil, earth or debris <br />from the wetlands within and adjacent to this Plat resulting from grading performed in the <br />development of the land. <br /> <br />Requirements After Street Surfacing. The DEVELOPER shall clear any <br />soil,Tearth, or debris from the street and from the lots within the Plat resulting from any <br />construction on the Subject Property by the DEVELOPER or their successors and <br />assigns. <br /> <br />Stage I Improvement Financial Guarantee. The DEVELOPER has constructed <br />the Stage I Improvements Which have subsequently been accepted by the CITY. <br />Therefore, the DEVELOPER shall not be required to provide a financial guarantee for <br />Stage I Improvements. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />STAGE II IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCIAL GUARANTEES: <br /> <br />Street Cleaning. From time to time, the CITY may remove accumulations of soil, earth <br />and debris from the street resulting from the construction of the Plat. It shall be the <br />DEVELOPER'S responsibility to pay the costs associated with this necessary street <br />cleaning. Invoices from the CITY to DEVELOPER for such costs shall be paid within <br />fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice. <br /> <br />10. Seal Coating. The CITY will install sealcoating in the Plat as a Stage II Improvement. <br /> The DEVELOPER will pay to the CITY as amount equal to 100% of the City Engineer's <br /> estimated construction cost of the item prior to recording of the final Plat.
